Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

a) Trader: RoseShampo
b) Consumer: Any natural person purchasing products for personal (non-business) use.
c) Website: www.roseshampo.com

Article 2 – Trader Identity

Registered business activity: Retail trade of baby accessories and parenting products.

Article 3 – Scope of Application

These general terms apply to all offers, sales, and contracts made via the RoseShampo online store and to all transactions between RoseShampo and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer or promotion is time-limited or subject to specific conditions, these will be clearly stated in the offer.
Product descriptions and prices are displayed as accurately as possible, but minor variations in color, packaging, or material may occur.

Article 5 – The Contract

A purchase contract is concluded once the consumer completes an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
RoseShampo reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the return conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Article 7 – Prices and Payments

All prices listed on our website are in the displayed currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
Payment is due at the time of order placement via the available payment methods.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of typographical errors or market fluctuations.

Article 8 – Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped promptly after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
RoseShampo is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

Article 9 – Product Conformity and Warranty

RoseShampo guarantees that products conform to their descriptions and are suitable for normal use.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact roseshampo.cs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or video for a replacement or refund.

In addition, certain products may be offered with a 90-Day Trial Guarantee.
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the customer must document regular product use throughout the 90-day period by keeping a visual record (such as daily or weekly photos or videos) clearly showing the use of the product.
This documentation may be requested by RoseShampo in order to validate eligibility for a return under the 90-Day Trial Policy.
Returns without proof of regular use will not be accepted under this program.

Article 10 – Cancellation and Modifications

We process orders quickly, but if you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at roseshampo.cs@gmail.com.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after receiving it.

Article 11 – Liability

RoseShampo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, lost profits, or third-party actions.
Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.

Article 12 – Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding an order or our services, please email roseshampo.cs@gmail.com within 7 days of discovering the issue.
We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and graphics — is the property of RoseShampo or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

Article 14 – Force Majeure

RoseShampo is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, shipping restrictions, system failures, etc.).

Article 15 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the country where RoseShampo operates.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
