  • Free shipping on all orders over $34.95.

  • For orders below $34.95, a standard shipping fee will apply at checkout.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days after processing.


Order Shipping

Once your order is placed, it will take 1–3 business days to process.
After processing, the package will be handed to a courier service.
Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, postal delays, or courier issues beyond our control.


Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders over $34.95$ (after discounts and before taxes).
Orders under $34.95 will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee, shown at checkout.
Express shipping options may be available for an additional cost.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on our Track Your Order page.


Order Delays

During high-volume periods (such as holidays, Black Friday, or major sales),
orders may experience slight delays.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days,

Lost or Damaged Packages

BabyBag is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, customs, or other external factors.
If your order is marked as delivered by the courier but you haven’t received it, please first contact your local postal office.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team, and we will assist you in opening a case with the courier.
Once a package is marked as delivered, BabyBag is not liable for refund or replacement due to non-receipt.
