Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. -
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging with all tags/parts included
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
Final-sale/clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized/monogrammed products
Hygiene-sensitive items that were opened or used (e.g., bottle sets, pacifiers, creams)

How to Start a Return
Email roseshampo.cs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we’ll send instructions on where/how to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused. -
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For your protection, use a trackable shipping service. -
Exchanges
Need a different color or style? Start a return (as above) and place a new order for the replacement to secure stock availability. -
Defective / Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at roseshampo.cs@gmail.comwith photos/video.
If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you. -
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within up to 10 business days.
Your bank/credit-card provider may take additional time to post the refund. -
Wrong / Insufficient Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages lost/returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the carrier reports repeated failed delivery attempts, you may need to collect the parcel from the local carrier office. Uncollected parcels may be returned to sender and are not refundable for shipping costs. -
Risk of Loss
All purchases are made under a shipping contract. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.
We are not responsible for packages reported as delivered but not received. Please contact the carrier to file a claim. -
International Orders
Duties/taxes paid at import are non-refundable by RoseShampo.
For international returns, we do not provide prepaid labels. Please mark the parcel as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional customs charges. -
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, email roseshampo.cs@gmail.comimmediately.
